Loveday Insurance Services was founded after nearly 20 years of experience across Australia and the UK in commercial insurance and financial risks.

During that time, one thing became clear. Many businesses had insurance in place, but very few had a properly structured understanding of their risks or were planning for what was ahead.

Emerging risks continue to be among the biggest exposures facing businesses today – from cyber incidents to climate-related losses. Policies are often renewed year after year with minimal change, while the underlying business and its risks evolve.

Contracts change, operations expand, and exposures increase – but the insurance program does not always keep pace.

This gap is where problems occur. Closing it is the work Loveday Insurance Services exists to do.

Founded by Robert Loveday

Rob has nearly twenty years of experience in commercial insurance across the Australian and UK markets. His career has spanned underwriting and broking, including senior roles in management liability.
Rob's technical depth sits in professional indemnity, director risk and management liability, where he has spent the bulk of his career. Loveday Insurance Services delivers the full commercial program for SME and mid-market clients, drawing on the placement strength of our cluster group's specialist desks where a client's risk profile calls for it.
The brokerage exists to bring clear, practical insurance advice to SME and mid-market directors across their whole insurance program – not just the boardroom-level covers.
It combines technical depth with practical advice and a cadence built around the business itself, rather than only the renewal date.
